The Center for Predictive Clinical Informatics (CPCI) is an open-access research portal designed to reframe hospital operational bottlenecks — ER backlogs, ICU admission delays, staffing strain — as computational and data-pipeline challenges.

The portal serves as a public knowledge base demonstrating how real-time data streaming, predictive analytics, and automated triage logic can detect system overload 24–48 hours before patient care actually degrades. The thesis isn't that hospitals lack dedicated staff — it's that the systems reporting on capacity are too slow, too siloed, or too noisy to give staff the warning they need to act.
