Batch 04 · Regional allocation

Regional capacity dashboards updated by manual report

  1. System failure identification

A regional dashboard is populated by staff typing figures into a form once per shift. It is accurate at the moment of entry and decays continuously from then on. Coordinators cannot tell a stale figure from a current one.

  2. Data pipeline diagnostics

The pipeline has a human in its hot path. Submission compliance varies with workload, so the data is least reliable exactly when demand makes it most important. Manual entry competes directly with clinical work for the same minutes.

  3. Predictive computational model

Track submission timeliness and completeness as first-class metrics beside the capacity figures. A dashboard with unknown coverage is worse than one with acknowledged gaps. Coverage is metadata the submission process already generates.

  4. Workflow integration

Show coverage prominently: how many facilities reported, and how recently. Coordinators can discount a partial picture, and cannot discount one presented as complete. A known gap can be worked around, and an unknown one cannot.
